Best Western guarantees a commission to all IATA/ARC/TIDS/CLIA and Best Western pseudo-IATA-approved travel agents worldwide.
Whether a reservation is booked through the GDS (using the “BW” chain code), bestwestern.com, Best Western’s central reservation system, or directly with a property, travel agents will receive a consolidated monthly statement that lists each reservation and commission by property. Travel agents will conveniently receive all commissions in a single check. That’s the beauty of our Bestcheque program.
Most travel agents outside of the United States and Canada can choose to receive their commission check in their local currency.
All rates are commissionable, with the exception of net rates as indicated, some specially negotiated group and rate plans, and travel agent discounts.
Commission payments are guaranteed by Best Western for up to six months after departure date.
