How to Earn the BWR Travel Agent Incentive

• AAA/CAA travel agents MUST be a member of AAA/CAA Preferred Best Western Rewards® in order to receive points. Enroll today at bestwestern.com/AAA (US) or bestwestern.com/CAA (Canada).
• Agents must complete the Best Western Academy Training to be eligible to participate in the AAA CAA Travel Agent Incentive.
• For GDS bookings, enter the following in the SI Field: First Name Initial, Middle Initial, Full Last Name. EXAMPLE: JDSMITH. For Pleasant Holidays, BedsOnline & ATI, no tracking is necessary
• The incentive period is from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024
• In order for a booking to qualify for the incentive, travel must be consumed/completed by December 31, 2024.
